Just give them a bell then you know for sure. I would certainly you say have more chance of getting it than not doing so.

    Good evening all,

Hope everyone is well. I have just had an alert email from Equifax about a change to my credit file. Gone in to have a wee look and it would appear that Flybe/Sygma/Creation Financial Services have done another credit search on me today (a subsequent/follow up enquiry). Anybody have any ideas what this might be for? Just received an apology letter from them the other day because they duplicated first credit search. Am a wee bit confused?!?!?! x

This is normal, you sometimes get several searches from their other departments such as creation finance and creation fraud - I had 4 searches and a cifas at the end of it!

    Good luck! :T

Why do Flybe issue these CIFAS? I think I'd be worried about applying to them!
Read this abit now about them, can anyone please explain?

Its not Flybe, its the whole of Creation / Sygma bank. Remember they are French and as such they are a little stricter than the UK when it comes to fraud and so when anything doesn;t match up, with what you state on your application to that they get from N Hunter / CRA / CIFAS then they will automatically add a cifas cat.4.

This would usually then get the applicant to write in proving whatever they need to prove to get it removed at which time, Sygma will either overturn decision or just decline it and remove the cifas, or just decline you and leave the cifas.

I had mine removed which was the correct thing to do, but they still declined me. The same day I got accepted for my BOI card which is far superior than Sygma so god only knows how they work - its a science! :rotfl:

Hiya, I'm not sure, the lady said that information has been sent out with limits and apr etc, along with the form I have to sign and then apparently the card will be sent out as soon as they receive that back. I'll let you know when I find out, lol! :T x
