Hi all, I just wanted to say hi and good luck
I am due first babybean in March and I will be joining you then(so far I have gained 3 stone in the pregnancy eek, and I needed to lose a bit before anway)
So I plan on re-joining Slimming World as soon after babybean is born as possible and I also got the Biggest Loser USA game for christmas for the wii so I am hoping that will all help me (and I am hoping to breast feed which I heard can help?)

sounds nice! I had some pasta with tuna sauce which was nice too. I've been trying to keep under 1300 cals per day (a bit more generous than I would usually allow when dieting due to the breastfeeding) and have been tracking what I eat on the caloriecount website. I've been a bit over every day so far though (usually about 1390) though my nutrition rating for the day is usually either A or B. Hope I will still lose weight on this amount, as I think I'd be starving if I had to drop an extra 200 cals a day .
Is anyone watching the Great Big Diet programme on Channel 4 this week? Some of the hidden calories in things are quite shocking - preprepared salad meals coming in at 900cals for example - and some of their meal ideas sound quite nice.0 -
I've Sky+ that Nicki so will watch it tomorrow.
Today and yesterday have not been so good for me. I am full of cold, and it's so icy on the pavements that I haven't really been for a walk. I've not been too bad though, so hopefully if I get back on it tomorrow for the weekend I can still manage a loss. I'm going to have Monday as my weigh in day I think.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
well had a go on the biggest loser tonight, I did a 20 minute session and was sweating a little.....soooo unfit! I actually really enjoyed it and look forward to having another go. You don't need the wii fit it said you can use it without at the beginning of the game which is handy to knowBABY SOPHIE BORN 14/08/08Cross Stitch Cafe member No:37
