  • Hi everyone,

Could you add me to the list please? My DS2 is just over 2 months, and DS1 has just turned 2, and I've put a bit of weight on with both of them...
Do you choose a goal weight on here then, or just post daily with your food, or weekly with your loss??? Sorry to ask so many questions, I have a HUGE pile of ironing to do so am going to post and run.
    Will check back later x

2lbs off for me this week, my first week of good eating after starting again after Christmas, with no cheating. My new mini goal is to lose half a stone by Valentine's day. Wish me luck!

  • Well done Nicki and Carla!

I'm having a much better week this week. I've also just signed up for some nice long walks with some other Mummies and I'm thinking about joining pushymothers, although the £4 a session is putting me off a bit.

I desperately want to get back into spinning, does anybody do it? It's like aerobics on fixed bikes, but only gyms seem to do it and I can't afford a membership while I'm on ML. I need to find somewhere that just let's you pay as you go.
:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator :p

sorry you've had a bad week. Choc moose sounds yum though. I've just treated myself to a takeaway chicken tikka with rice, which was lovely, and hopefully not too diet disastrous. Feeling tempted by choc now though having read your post!
