Well, just weighed myself and I stayed the same. Not that surprised after yesterday's pizza treat and being stuck indoors half the week. Not sure if my boobs being full of milk would make a difference, but they are!
Must try harder this week. I also need to up my water I think, so that can be this week's aim!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Yay! :j Just weighed myself and I have lost 4lbs!
The changes I made to my diet last week were:
- Changing all bread for Nimble or weightwatchers low calorie bread or pittas
- drinking lots of green tea and water (and only one black coffee per day)
- Bulking out meals with lots of veg and reducing the amount of meat we eat
- The only snacks I allowed myself were low fat muesli bars or yogurt
- eating breakfast. I never used to bother with breakfast, but if I have some, I eat much less during the day. I find having an egg (either poached, scrambled or even fried in Frylight spray) fills me up most.
- No takeaways!
This week, I will continue with the above and also:
- Have at least 2 completely vegetarian meals a week.
Good luck to you all and well done on the losses so far.Value of prizes 2010 - 2017: £8374 Wins 2022: Magic set

Well done SM and Molly!
I'm thinking I need to add more veggies to my meals. It'll be easier this week as OH is at work so I can do lighter meals just for me.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
MTW im still eating white bread just less of it but i am having veggie burgers or veggie grills instead of meat meals and over loading on veggies seems to do the trick for me ..

My treat to myself which is low fat and low cal (though I know you aren't counting cals) is to mix a couple of tsps of Options drink (30 cals) into a small pot of 0% greek yogurt and spoon over a chopped banana. Tastes very chocolaty and decadent! I also like the same yogurt with a few defrosted frozen berries in the bottom of a glass, covered in a layer of yogurt and topped off with meusli or porridge oats, or just plain with a tsp of honey drizzled over the top. In an emergency, there's always mullerlight yogurts which come in lots of different flavours both fruity and sweet, and for really unhealthy but not too damaging occasional treats low sugar jellies or a 2 finger kitkat.0 -

I just polished off quite a few grapes....but I guess it could be worse!
I love Options or Highlights hot choc as a low cal treat. I just bought a huge bag of Highlights from the 99p shop, so that should keep me going through the cold spell.
Anyone been watching My Big Fat Diet show on C4? It's quite good and I find it quite motivating. There was a woman on there who ate up to 10 bags of crisps a day! Madness.....:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0
