Have you figure out what your main struggle is? Is it what you're eating, or how your exercising? Time management etc? Or just overall motivation?
And I reckon you could easily reach your target in the next 8 weeks,with a little help from your friends on here

sorry ive been away ....... shame im currently living in as since my knee gave up the ghost ive got lazy and snacking alot .. 2 periods in a month havent helped at all but no excuses ... im 10st 2lbs .. so ive put 2lbs on no suprise really but still .. OH is complaining alot that im loosing my shape (when he met me i was 14 at 13 going on 14 stone with lots of curves) so thats whats also put me off ... do you find that? xStill searching .....:)

cafc im alittle embrassed of my shape ... feel like a beached whale unless i have the kids to hide behide :undecided .. i know its silly before you say owt as well

i cant even figre out what shape im classed as to buy clothes that dont make me look like a 12 yr old... got id-ed in morry's the other day with hubby and L in tow.............. and i dont even drink and wasnt even paying... snotty nosed.... ok i digress....

Thank-you for this. My main problem is me - lack of motivation. I just struggle to keep going, the slightest thing and I turn to food. Oh well, better jump on the wii, I guess.

would a reward system work for you?
so say you do 30 mins every day for 5 days and you reward youself with..... a muffin and coffee or something with a mag?
Magazines are my nirvana LOL
I think its purely habit building, for a lot of people, myself included. The train of thought is that it takes 28 consecutive days of doing something for it to become a habit.... once we get into a rhythm it becomes much easier its just that first step...

Well it's going slowly, but lost a couple more pounds - 9 more till I hit my target!
