I've had another successful day of no snacks and I treated myself to the wiii my fitness coach "shape up". It was only £10 in Asda! I'm going to get the spare room sorted out tonight and set my wii up in there tomorrow. i had a some what healthy dinner i went for veggie burger instead of 3 sausage like OH and piled up on veggies (do love my veggies) xStill searching .....:)

I don't know if i joined here officially or not but here i am
I started dieting on Sunday, and everyday i've been putting all my food into here http://www.foodfocus.co.uk/foodlog.php, last few days have been managing to stick to 1000-1200 calories, even though it says i'm allowed 1400 most days.
Also putting my exercise in which is mainly just walking the dog - their list also have "childcare - dressing, feeding" so obv can put lots of that inOh and they have "walking - carrying infant" so i add up all my minutes carrying her to and from the car which is parked down the street
I have 42lbs to lose, so i'm hoping it might come off quite easily for the first 15lbs or so?!!!
I am really losing inspiration with food though, i seem to have salad leaves with every meal, and am struggling to cut out bread and still having a few slices a day, and usually potatoes at lunch.
I don't know what the recommended carb intake is for those doing basic calorie counting (and not the Atkins or something!) but i must have between 90 - 130 a day which seems loads?
Trying to stay below 50g fat a day too, and again - no idea what it's meant to be... must do research!0 -

Wow Beenie, that's really impressive! I love my food and really struggle to cut down.
I've had no snacks today :T but I've had a cereal bar and a yoghurt after both lunch and tea

Am quite annoyed with myself because i had 602 calories at lunch :eek: It was 2 slices of toast (best of both) with a bit of butter on; 2 eggs - scrambled and 2 rashers of lean bacon grilled.
It wasn't massively filling so i was a bit gutted when i logged it and it added up to that!!
Managed to have dinner at 310 cals (one chicken breast some new pots, and loads of carrot and courgette) and now munching on a fruit salad at 72cals
Total today so far is 1285 so best tape my mouth up for the X Factor :silenced:0 -

i had my dinner and feel like ive filled up on agarden .. loads of sweetcorn/peas/sprouts/cherry toms ... 4 out of my 5 a day in one meal .. quite chuffed but its that time of the month and im CRAVING!!!!!!! chocolate like you wouldnt believe dont have any in the house and the shops to far away .. good i think xStill searching .....:)

Well i had fish and chips at the seaside today so not good
But it was quite a small portion and we did loads of walking and sandcastle making.
I am starving now so need to be careful i don't over indulge for dinner0 -
not to bad here cafc just had dinner of chicken couscous and veggies .. craving something sweet ive got a right sweet tooth at the mo .. roll on end of the time of the month

beenie a sounds like you had a fun day ... a few chip wont hurt unless its every day .. nothing wrong treat as long as its a treat and not day in day out (which i was doing at one point) ...
