CAFC - either DH or me makes me a ham salad sandwich and a hard boiled egg the night before so that I know I;ve got something healthy for my lunch. I found that if I was left to my own devices then I was just grabbing cheese toasties and crisps.

Ok I officially suck at toning exercises :( Either that or the ones in the pampers mag are too hard! Can anyone recommend any fairly easy tummy toning exercises that actually work? lol My biggest problem is a very poor sense of balance!

Also, do I need a wii fit? :)

Anyone got any experience with one of these or similar?

Plus shouldnt take much in way of balance as you're on floor or on a chair.

P.S Yoga is meant to help with balance if you wanna work on that as well

Hour walk here for BOGOF nappies to village on outskirts, at pace (I cant go slow when I'm on my own) with pushchair... should have taken a drink with me though, was knackered on the way there, let alone the way back!

  • Hi,
    Nice to 'see' you lot!
Had more people viewing the house today, so lots of housework has been done - I'm sure it'll last for all of - ooh - 5 minutes now DD is home!
Been doing quite a bit of wii fit plus recently, so I've just bought EA Active - More Workouts off of eBay, just to give me some more variety. It arrived today, so I need to try that out tonight.
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)
