  • Hi everyone,
SM - Wow, can you come and do mine? :)
Well, I'm now getting back into the wiifit and doing it more often. Despite going out for dinner with friends on Friday night (which included an unfortunate encounter with a 'hot oozing chocolate pudding' and vanilla ice-cream), I'm now officially under 12 stone for the first time since F was born. Only 19.7 lbs to go till I hit my pre-pregnancy weight and my first target!
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)

  • Well done SM - Well, there's some extreme cleaning needed at mine now, our house is officially on the market. We're shipping the kids off to Nanny's on Saturday so that we can deep-clean the place (and hopefully burn some more calories at the same time)....

  • Well, I got the place clean in time for them to look round, but somehow the place is now looking like a tip once again and I've just had a call from someone else wanting to come round tomorrow pm, so no prizes for guessing what I'll be doing tomorrow morning! (yes, that's right - hiding! lol)
Just been trying to catch up with the PT, sounds like you had a bit of a tough visit, bad luck - families eh! Can't live with them, can't shoot them!

hello, just popping in after seeing redstar's link on the PT :)

I think I've got about 7lbs to lose to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight and a stone (ish) to lose to get down to what I was when I got married (4 months before) I seem to be losing weight gradually and it should be easier now that the dentist has banned me from snacking :( but :) lol I've lost 4lbs over the last month by cutting down on some snacking but I could do better :) My biggest problem is my horrible saggy tummy! I've got some exercises from the pampers magazine that I haven't got round to doing yet! Any other tips?

My main incentive at the moment is my friend's wedding which is on October 2nd, follwed by Thomas's Christening on the 24th. However I can't go too mad as I'm bfing.

    Gill beat me over here!!!

I've got 9lbs to lose of baby weight. Landen was born 9 weeks ago so I put off doing anything till now.
My issue at the moment is not eating proper and healthy meals, but rather grabbing something to stave off the hunger because either the baby or dog are being mental :) And of course that ends up being carp food!

I was slim and petite pre pregnancy, and am now just......... short....LOL
So am looking to tone it all up mainly, the weight itself isnt my main issue, i.e I'm not that focused on the numbers, just wanna get rid of the udder belly I appear to have...

I've got a wii, a yoga dvd and some exercises nabbed out of a magazine, but havent started on any of them as Landen doesnt really follow much of a routine that I can rely on, to know what I can do any of it. However am going to try and walk the dog (DH does it every morning) on DH's days off so he can watch Landen. My ideal would be to get running.....
