been on my feet 70% of the day going up and down hills ... so im not sure how much ive burnt off but its got to be some .. i had HM pizza today healthier option .. i think .. should be anyway was yummy though x

right been smashing it out at the gym but not losing anything .. was starting to get really annoyed when someone suggested that i check my measurements sure enough .. my waist is now 27 instead of 28 and my hips are 35 instead of 36 ..

Not much to report here- I've been very up and down with the diet thanks to my weekend away. I had AF last week (for the first time in a year and a half) so I'm hoping that now that has gone I might see a loss at WI tomorrow.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

well im going to admit tonight im going to be naughty and have ice cream and chocolate for a hen night but i'll burn it off at the gym on monday (cant get to it til then) .. im eating healthy now though had 2 boiled eggs for breakfast OH's away and he hates the smell of eggs so got to enjoy without any moaning they stink

right well i have and havent been naughty this week .. ive still picked the healthy choice on dinners was on my feet all day yesterday .. been lazy today and had a bacon sandwhich but i had scampi, mash and veg for dinners so not too bad ..
going to hit the gym tomorrow i did 5k on the cross trainer on wednesday and 2.5k on thr treadmil so want to up it xStill searching .....:)

soooooooooo busy at the mo .. but doing my best to be good .. i go gym at least twice a week ... eat 3 meals rather then snacking .. well not as bad on the snacking its that blooming sweet tooth finds me on a weekend but curbing it ..

ive leveled out at 10st .. not going down but not up ... so plus there ... weight training time i think i was thinking of a tummy tuckbut thats cheating plus i could never afford it so weight training it is been told you burn more if you turn your fat in to muscule x

Hi SM, I'm still lurking here - really not doing well at the moment (hence my shamed silence
), I've actually managed to put on weight

It hasn't helped that I've recently had the Mirena coil fitted. I'm really angry at my doctor :mad:; he's the one who recommended it when I told him I didn't want to go back on the pill as I'm concerned with its long term use and possible link to cancer (my mum was on it for a long time and she's had breast cancer). He agreed and advised me that the Mirena coil was my best bet as it isn't hormone based and therefore the cancer link isn't a concern, he also gave me a leaflet and said that the only real side effect is that I may suffer from cramps like a bad period. He also gave me a leaflet to read that seemed to support what he said - well, he lied!
I had it fitted last week and (sorry TMI) I've had lots of bleeding since so I googled it, and it IS hormorne based, there IS a link to cancer, and to add insult to injury, apparently lots of people put on weight with it as it increases the appetite!!!:mad:

WOW! red that doc needs sacking and now definately understand the fears bloody stupid doc ... its nice to see a friendly face in here was starting to hear echos :rotfl: dont worry its not a race and believe me the temptation to buy every chocolate bar in the local shop is strong at the mo im on the implant no periods FINALLY! but hormonal and sweet tooth isnt the word ...
i went to the gym today after work ... i ache .. badly but in a good way.. i need sleep x
