    cheers red .. i went today and was really proud of myself for running for 20mins solid :D:D:D never done that in my life, just gave me the push to keep going .. going to go on the musculely one next time but i really enjoy running how wierd is that??? x

    been gone a few days due to getting ready for my DS 1st birthday which was today (which i still find to believe :rotfl:) ...

    did have birthday cake but it was homemade and it had carrot in it :D :rotfl: other then that been good again but its only tuesday so lets see how the rest of the week goes x

    well i havent been gym all week due to either working or my DS birthday or sorting things to sell (big clear out) so im writing this week off although ive eaten healthy all week and its showing im not bloated (from coke zero) and im not 10st im 9st 11lbs again ok not alot but for a week thats not bad x

    Well done SM. What kind of things do you do at the gym?

    I'm well back into running at the moment. I've just been for a 30 minute run, and Sunday I did Race for Like in 32 minutes.

    WI tomorrow for me. To be honest I'm expecting a gain as I was on holiday last week and I ate for Britain. I'm back on the diet now though so hopefully any gain will be off and more next week.

    mainly cardio gisi ive got in to my running as well although i can only do 20mins on the tread speed at 8.9 on rolling hills .. im doing the cross trainer and the bike as well .. really made me hungry though what is it with working out that makes you more hungry ... im sure WI will be fine x

    Put weight on when I went on holiday as it was all inclusive :o There were gorgeous desserts out at both lunch and dinner, and free ice cream in the afternoons, plus alcohol :o

    Went back to boot camp once but then we've all been bad with a sicky bug so I've missed another couple of sessions. Went on Thursday and found it hard.

    Off this morning and going to get weighed tomorrow and I've done my measurements, so I can hopefully see weight dropping off! Been told to get measured once a month and weighed once a week at most.
    Here I go again on my own....

    ive been pretty good just feeling _pale_ last couple of days but still behaving and for my treat this week im having 100% cocoa small bar of chocolate .. that strength is suppose to be good for you .. supposilby x

    Good afternoon,
    SM - well done on resisting temptation, wish I could say as much.
    Well, I haven't been trying for long but already I've lapsed. Have eaten really badly over the last few days - couldn't really understand it as I usually eat pretty well in the warmer weather, but yesterday AF visited; obviously my cycle is badly out of tune as it's the second time this month.
    Eaten so badly, in fact, that it was a bit of a relief to realise that I've only (hah!) put on 2 pounds
    Hope everyone else is doing better...
    ;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)

    well did some serious training .. over hour at the gym, steep walk up hill and tidying the house ... training training training ..

    shattered now ive had dinner and relaxed, chicken wings (hm) couscous, quiche, veggies and HM pot salad .. i have HM carrot cake for later but ive swap a couple things in it to make it healthier :D x
