    *sneaks back in again*

I fell off the wagon and put the weight back on. I was poorly last October and got back into the vegging and pigging out cycle.

Decided in April that I really must lose the weight once and for all. I stopped eating biscuits and crisps and stopped snacking between meals. I've also been doing workouts regular on EA Active for the Wii. I've got the original disc and the More Workouts one. Managed to lose half a stone over April so I'm chuffed to bits with that.

Just signed up to start a fitness boot camp on Tuesday. I'm half looking forward to it and half a bit scared.

Would like to lose another two stone and feel more determined to do it this time.
Here I go again on my own....

I thought I'd pop in here and say hello.

I've lost 10.5lb so far on SW which I'm really happy with. Can't wait to get to the first stone!

I've bought a Wii Fit so am trying to spend 30 minutes a day on that. It seems like really good fun, so shouldn't be too much of a chore.

Hi all, mind if i join in?? I really need some help and support to lose some post (but to be honest mostly pre) baby weight. My daughter is 19 weeks and breastfed so that helped me lose quite a bit of the weight. It has also given me the luxury of not having to watch what i eat particularly and not putting the weight on. However, i am planning to wean her onto formula in a couple of months and if i carry on as i am i'll be twice the size by Christmas  I have a very, very sweet tooth and i'm also quite a fussy eater. Both of these things need to change not only to help my weight but also my daughter will be starting on solids as well in a couple of months and i want us to eat healthily as a family from the start. So there is my first motivation in terms of healthy eating. My second motivation in terms of weight loss is to lose a couple of stone to not only feel better about myself but to be light enough to hop on my lovely old pony for the odd ride before i retire her altogether. So 2 motivators that i should probably pin to the fridge door or something shouldn't i!

I can't afford and don't want to join a slimming club i want to do this myself my own way but i have terible willpower so i will need some help. I have to buy and cook things that everybody will be happy to eat. So i'm looking for your tips, suggestions, meal ideas, emergency sweet craving solutions etc etc please. I will try to set myself 5 easy targets each week and i need you to nag me to stick to them or i just wont do it.

So to start with my stats! I'm about 5ft7, size 14, and 12 1/2 - 13 stones at the moment. It tends to fluctuate a lot. I would like to get down to about 10 1/2 - 11 stones.

I will make my weekly weigh in on a Monday morning.

Now for this weeks targets! I'll try to do this on a monday in future which makes more sense to me so here are my hopefully easy targets for the next 4 days (do tell me if you think my weekly targets are not realistic or not tough enough!)...

    1. Find out my starting weight, i'll do that in a mo...

    2. Start doing some sit ups in a morning to help tone that flabby tum, lets say 20 a day to start.

    3. No sweet things to eat until Sunday (which will be my 'treat' day)

    4. Write a healthy and affordable meal plan for the month of may before i do the shopping on Friday.

    5. Drink at least 4 large glasses of water each day

Right i'll go hop on those scales then i'll start reading through the thread for handy hints and tips while the baby is still sleeping.

Well done on your continued losses SM! You're doing brilliantly.

Welcome Raggydoll. You sound very similar to me! I enjoyed the eating freedom that BFing gives for the first four months, but then realised I needed to shift some weight so started SW. I do think the BFing is still helping me though!

Well WI tonight for me and I lost another 3lb which I am chuffed with! Total loss of 13.5lb on SW so nearly at my stone which I'm pleased with after five weeks. Only another two stone to go!

Hi all, thanks for the welcome and sorry about the long intro!! I had been thinking about it for a while so just launched in there! This morning my weight is 12st 11lbs or 82kgs so i will use that as my starting weight. Yesterday i managed no sweet things all day and started my monthly meal plan so i will finish that today. Will also carry on reading the tips on the thread. There are some really good ones but if i implement too many at once i know i will fail so i will stick to my 5 targets a week but am saving some of the tips for future targets.

Hope everyone has a good day!
