just something in brain isn't letting me get past the I'm-hungry-and-I'll-eat-whatever-I-please sentiment that it had during pregnancy.
I have this problem but i'm justifying it with the fact i'm breastfeeding  I don't eat much through the day but when night comes i have bigger portions, and i've noticed i've been changing the oil in the fat fryer a lot more often
Will weigh myself tomorrow and join in :silenced:0 -
*shamefacedly shuffles in*

After getting off to a flying start & loosing 9lbs in 3 weeks,I've managed to put a lb on this week
,Oh well,as my school reports used to say "must try harder".
OH,is supposed to be putting up the new shed on Monday - this means I'll now have somewhere to put my treadmill and I'll have no excuse not to get my lardy bum moving !
what diet plans are you following ? I'm using the Boots on line one and think its great for tracking what you eat.
Its not going to be easy resisting all those eggs tomorrow - but i know I wont be able to limit myself to just a little bit,so personally I'd Rather not bother.
Enjoy the Bank Holiday everyone0 -
I know I'm in the healthy range SM, but I'm very fine boned and the extra weight doesn't suit me. 14 pounds less will still have me in the healthy range but looks better on me.
12 lbs to go!!!
I'm not following a specific plan, but I'm thinking twice before eating things and eating healthily. Salad instead of sandwiches, lots of veg and such.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

well the bad news is my sister needs the measurements to order my bridesmaid's dress, . The (very slight) good news is that it can be taken in if I do manage to lose some inches before July.
But really, seriously it does start tomorrow. No more chocolate or processed sweeties. Going to try and cut way down on portion sizes and only have non-bad snacks. AND GET MY BUTT MOVING (this is the real problem methinks). It's quite late to hope to get a decent amount shifted before July, but I'm now in the desperate "every little bit" mentality rather than hopes of dramatic changes.
It would be nice to deflate the boobies slightly so I can buy some semi-normal size bras.
