Aless there's loads of time before July - even if you lose a pound a week that's still over a stone

I'm down to 53.6kg which is 118lbs from starting at 54.9 last week. I'm just not eating every time I think, Hmmm, nomnomnom, and want to go looking for a biscuit.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Hi everyone
Can i please join! I need some motivation, I had my little boy 17 days ago by c section. I was already overweight before hand, but managed to not put weight on whilst pregnant. I feel so unattractive! I plan on starting tomorrow, obviously due to the section I am unable to do any exercize for another 4 weeks but hopefully dieting will kick start the weight loss!
any good tips ?0 -

I had my little izzy by C section but its taken me 10 months to get into the weightloss swing of things , but that may be because my back ache has started to ease up and I am finding it easier to excercise. I will say that pram rides are the best calorie burner/baby calming excercise I have found so far, but then my little bundle wouldnt stay still enough to try baby yoga lol. :rotfl:
Good luck and let us know how you are doing and if you need any advice/motivation or just a moan

Hey everyone can i join in please?
I had my 2nd ds 2wks ago by c section, thankfully all my aches and pains have gone but cannot start exercising for another 4wks so i too am hoping that starting a 'healthy' eating plan now will help kick start my weight loss. I only put on a stone while pregnant and have lost 9lb so far (ok that was probably just the baby:rotfl:), but i was already a stone or so heavier than i wanted to be when i fell pregnant so still have 1 1/2 stone to loose. My big motivation is that we have just booked a short break to centre parcs in september and i've just bought a tankini that i want to fit into. I'm thinking of joining weight watchers, anyone on here on weight watchers? Never tried it before i've always been a slimming world gal but last time i started the plan i couldnt get it to work for me so gave up, hence falling preggers a stone heavier than i wanted to:o£387.39/£196.46

I am weightwatchers, tried it like a decade ago and thought it was naff. Just rejoined on line and really like it now. Using the online calculator etc makes it loads easier for me.
