Not such a good week eating wise. We had a buffet tea party for my daughters birthday on Monday and there was lots of food left over so I've been picking at that all week, then my son made a chocolate and strawberry gateaux in school, so I had to eat that too
Been to boot camp twice though and I'm off there again this morning. It's hard work and I'm still struggling to keep up, but afterwards I feel really pleased that I did it.Here I go again on my own....0 -

im currently always on my feet working as many extra hours as work can give me and if they call me tomorrow i'll be in as well .. walking most of it and just lately not getting time to eat a desent meal til dinner so means no snacking which is a good thing .. really craving chocolate tonight thoughx

well .. ive put on some weight on .. 4lbs im gutted .. i mean proper gutted i get paid on monday and im joining a new gym thats only £13 a month so im going i need to workout and the wii isnt cutting anymore x

Ok,so I've managed to lose a stone and have another one to go,which I need to do before the middle of July when I go on holiday.
Joined the Gym last week & it has a crèche,so my intention is to go 3 times a week so hopefully the next stone will shift.
Mind you I'm trying really hard not to fall off the waggon and have a "blow out" I'm dying for a Chinese Take away,bottle of plonk ,some chocolate hob knobs.................0 -

WI for me tomorrow. Hoping to get into the 12 stones tomorrow, need to lose 2lb to do that so fingers crossed.
Not a lot else to add, except that I am enjoying SW at the moment. I feel like I can still eat a lot of the foods that I really like but it keeps me away from bread, which is a problem food for me.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Another 1.5lb off for me, taking me to 16.5lb off in 7 weeks with SW which i am pleased with. I'm going for a big push this week and hoping to get my 10%. I need to lose 4lb, but I reckon I can do it if I put my mind to it.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0
