today did 2nd 5k run this week and i intead to do a 3rd on friday i also did 15mins on cross trainer and 15 mins on bikes ...... god im soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tired as i had 4 hours of work after ... i was so hungry as well i have to say ever since starting my training ive got really hungry so doing my best to only have one good meal making sure i have veg on it .. but during in the day i eat little but often and ive started swap sandwhichs for crackers less bloated at work

carbs im doing brown bread and pasta/rice .. pots as well .. and meat well .. i dont think OH would forgive me if there wasnt meat on the plate :rotfl:... and im sure you'll shift it ma dearx

SM - you're doing fantastically well with the running!
I've not done so well recently - I was a bit knocked for six by a nasty cold (poor me) and went into a bit of a woe-is-me huddle which of course included chocolate and no exercise! Anyway, trying to get back into it again, as I really felt I was getting somewhere before that.

me too.... but with a pack of sainsburys milk choc cookies and for no reason other than its cold outside....

i did my 3rd 5k run yesterday and managed to beat my time and did it under 30mins .. think it was 29mins and 33secs but still under 30mins .. hurts but OH has said hes noticed the difference in me already things are starting to look perkier .. always a plus

thank you red really pushing myself .. not to hurting but ykwim ... put dont worry about alittle set back i noticed with myself when im ill or the weather gets cold i always eat alittle extra or things i shouldnt .. i think its the comfort in it esp the cold weather one .. soup is very good at combating that xStill searching .....:)

took the dog out for a run this morning, well walked most and ran in 3 minute bursts, he runs surprisingly well on a lead.... and then there was some drama so we came home but feel virtuous, as it would have been so easy for me to just accept DH hadnt walked him and put up with him climbing the walls all day....

cafc how did the weigh in go? .... was going to go gym today but after my friend messing me about when and if i was meeting them today ..... now im not but i got a driving lesson so just going to pop to the shops for milk and bread when i find the enegry...... need to tidy at the house at some point as i have people staying at the weekend so should burn a few cals there x
