I was pleasently suprised at the doctors today to be told I'm not 11st 13lbs (I had that 2lb gain) I'm actually 11st 7lbs. I guess my scales must be wrong?! They are electronic ones and if you move it slightly it changes your weight by a few pounds, and the doctors ones are always calibrated aren't they? Was mechanical ones.

How super duper awesomo though! BMI of 27 now, hurrah!

    Congratulations!

I had a good first 10 days dieting and lost just over half a stone, then fell off the wagon big time with lots of Chrissie meals and snacks and have put a few pounds back on. I'm still less than when I started though, so my aim is to try not to put the whole half stone back on and start again in earnest in January. Am trying not to beat myself up too much about not being back to my normal size as baby isn't even 3 months old yet.
