    Hey ladies,

On week 2 now, have lost 5lbs. DH is also on diet, so that does help. We went out for a meal last week (mega calories) so i survived on 6 cups of tea until 8pm, then feasted! Famine/feast.

    Hope everyone doing ok.

    SFG x

Weighed myself this morning, scales say 77.9kg, I was 79.7 last Thurs so whats that, ummmmm around 3 1/2lbs? Probably a bit of water weight as I've been drinking more water than I would of normally (read none) onwards and downwards.

Deffo will exercise tonight aswell. Ironing counts right?

The little friend is the reason I didn't weigh myself last Wednesday! My belly bloat must have weighed about 2 stone on its own!

Does anyone else look 6 months pregnant when due on? Or is it just me?

Back on track anyway - weigh in day tomorrow.
