  • Did my first weight check this morning and I have lost 5lbs in a week!!!! Yay!
    (And that was after a moment weakness with a portion of fish and chips at the seaside on friday, whoops :o)
    I have 1 stone left to shift by Christmas now, which means I should be able to get myself into my pre-pregnancy clothes.

    i havent lost any but im constantly standing on the scales so of course not gonna change im at the dcs tomorrow for my knee YAY progress x

    2lb lost in my first week of not eating crap, not drinking wine and wii'ing every day!

    I'm a bit disappointed its not more - but at least its a loss! :rolleyes:

  • Right I have been really naughty and not posted any weight stuff since I joined, sorry SM :o

    After 2 babies (6 1/2 and 15 weeks) I am at my heavies weight yet. 2 weeks after Dylan was born my starting weight was 13st 1lb and a BMI of 33.89 :eek:
    So in 13 weeks I am now at 12st 13lbs, not a good start:rolleyes:
    The real effort starts now

    3 2lbs is still a loss ...... MM welcome back tis ok :) ......

    well not good news for me went to the docs and i have fluid on my knee, been given so tablets and some knee exercises to do but it could take up to 4 weeks to heal :eek: and if it havent healed by then then ive gotta go back ...... i am not happy x

    i forgot to post back in here and say, but i have now lost 10lb :j:j

    slim fast working well clearly! i think it is to do with the theory that was floating around that lots of low fat dairy helps you lose weight or something perhaps? who knows. all i know is i'm not being particularly strict and its still coming off so it'll do me fine!!
