  • Decided to start weighing myself on a friday from now on, so todays weight loss was a measly 1lbs, still a loss is a loss!
I am going to make the following changes to my diet next week:

    - Cut out white bread and switch to Nimble wholemeal bread only (Before I was pregnant I had cut out white bread completely and it really worked for me)
    - No milk in hot drinks and only 1 coffee per day
    - Use low fat spread instead of butter on toast/sandwiches
    - And finally, plan meals in advance so I don't give into take-away temptation :o

    Hi all,

Havent posted for a while but I'm still fighting the bulge!! I've lost a couple more pounds, I'm down to 8st 3 (total loss = 10lbs). My aim as usual is to lose 1lb a week which I am comfortably achieving.

Went to step class on Wednesday and gym last night, did 30 mins on the cross trainer and 15mins cycling. Weigh-in day is Mondays for me.. so fingers crossed I've shifted another lb !

The weight loss plan I've been following is quite simple - replace three lunches a week with two large rice cakes with low fat topping and go to gym once a week (any additional visits are a bonus). All other meals are normal family meals, just smaller portions - seems to be working for me!!

Hey everyone - congratulations all the losers :)

I've been rubbish but have returned. Heaviest weight was 70kg. I'm now 55kg with 8-10 left to lose (happy with 8 but aiming for 19). I want to be under 50kg by Christmas.

My main plan is to stop eating after 7pm. We'll see how it goes...
