my friend is also on and is full of flu so we've cancelled til next week .. i weighed myself this morning .. im closer to 10st 10lbs but im bloated and feeling crappy so waiting til i finish ... so how is everyone else doing? x

Unelss you're wearing loads of heavy clothes i wouldn't worry I always weigh myself in my pj's each week though.

i usually do it in vest and knickers (like in school when you forgot your pe kit :rotfl:) .. i got my first nice comment (for the life of me cant thinkof the proper word for it) today that my face looked clear and slimmer no extra pounds off as such but working on it x
