Thankfully I am not a big fan of caramel so I don't have to avoid them (not that I avoid normal Whispa either ;))

  • I've just had a Wispa Gold :o and it was so good...but no more for me now (well will see lol) I've lost 2lb this week ok not great but its a start i guess. Been using that food focus website to add what i've eaten into, it seems to work think it helps to actually see what your eating written down IYSWIM. I've made a big panful of homemade soup so going to have some of that for my tea :D I'm really struggling in the evenings tho coz i always want to eat junk for some reason

I am really tired at the mo and problem is I want to eat. It's not possible to have a nap with 2 kids so snacking when I am not hungry perks me up. Disaster! Gonna keep mucking up my metabolism at this rate :(

  • Hi Carla, i think in a glass of white wine theres about 195 calories, not sure about anything else though, apparantly vodka and slimline tonic is the best thing to drink when your trying to lose weight..think i'd rather not drink lol. For lunch have u tried having things like Ryvita with cream cheese on? I usually have something like that with some fruit and it usually fills me up. Or make homemade soup (if you have the time with a new baby!) I'm trying to cut out bread as its the wosrt thing for putting weight on me and it is difficult coz i'm so used to having toast for breakfast then a sandwich for lunch! Good Luck with the weigh in on the Wii fit :) x

Carla - I am not "dieting" so can't advise on calories etc. Following Paul McKenna so I can have literally what I want so my lunch suggestions wouldn't help you either - sorry! Some of the other girls on here can probably give you lots of suggestion.
I can recommend home made bread though. Its far more filling that shop bought stuff but due to the lack of preservatives is does go stale quicker.

lucy i dont eat anything yeasty it makes me bloated i eat wraps instead if i want a sandwhich (but thats not very often) ...
bitsy im not trying that diet as i know myself i'll over do it (i have an addictive personality so i stay away from anything i can get hooked on)
