I've just eaten four biscuits and I'm most of the way down a big glass of wine.
Today's eating has been crap - I had two small wholegrain rolls with ham and cheese at lunchtime, and a portion of leftover seafood spaghetti that was mostly mushroom and courgette and not much seafood or spaghetti for dinner. Nothing else.

SS ive got a little crap in my house so getting rid tonight (given most of it to zoe to be honest though) then back to my old self tomorrow ... plus im skint so i cant buy any crap x

Feeling more positive about getting slimmer. Practising visualisation techniques and trying to fit in listening to my Paul McKenna CD when I am awake (rather than when I am going to bed and fall asleep!!!).
Still not eating slowly enough, not enough water but I feel my head is getting back to where it should be. I definately think what let me down was my holiday. Was in total holiday mode thinking I could eat what I wanted regardless to being hungry. Found it hard to snap out of that when I came back home.
No more holidays planned for rest of yes (unfortunately) so shouldn't have that problem again for a while

bitsy i fell off the wagon alittle with my work do and my sister coming although i found since i havent had yeast in ages i feel bloated (i only had a couple of small and i do mean small pieces of pizza) ... so back to being really good again not had crap all day jut drinking loads of water

right just got back from the docs im still the same weight which concidering ive been eating crap im suprised my knees been playing up so hes given my some tablets for it and hopefully be back to doing exercise in no time hope everyones doing well x

I have lost 10lbs this month! WOO HOO! Am jogging over a mile every other day and am no longer obese. I am SO going to do it this time....

Nuts and raisins are excellent - I am doing weigh watchers and only seem to snack on toast as its easy to know the points value!0 -
