Thanks, I managed to pull myself out of my pathetic moment and went for a 1.2 mile jog when the kids were in bed. That must be rewarded with weightloss surely!? I am the laziest most unfit person I know so am quite impressed with myself.

I'm not really putting the required effort into this am I

Hello!
Please may I join? Baby Isabella is now 13 weeks old and I am 22st7lbs size 28 and I need to lose weight for my sanity, for my wedding in 2011, so I can fit into prepregnancy clothes, and so that my mum will take me on a clothes shopping spreeMy heaviest was 25st but that was when pregnant, and I immeadiately went down to 23st just after Isabella appeared through the sunroof lol.
I am aiming for a size 16-18, which should be about 14st if I remember correctly, as it was 10 years since I was last a size 16.
I am planning on doing the WW diet as I like the points system and have found free WW recipes on here
Excercise wise I am planning on using my new wii fit. Although so far I have had it 2 weeks and only used it 4 times. However this is better than none!
Motivation and tips etc are greatly welcomed!DS1 arrived 22/02/11! 8lb3oz

meal-wise, i am fine, its the snack in-between that gets me. anyone have any suggestions for snacks that is a little different than the usual fruit!?? also - late night eating is another of my downfalls, anyone advice on hwo to get around this, or ideas of what to nibble on that wont broaden my waistband tooooo much!!??
What about sticks of celery with v low fat philadelphea or mini bread sticks with low fat dips/houmous. I love snack a jacks and also have been known to pinch DD2's organix cheese n herb crisps ( only 69 cals) . I try and eat my tea about 7ish then I'm not too hungry before bed19.6.10 Weight loss 6lb0 -

Am failing miserably at the moment. My head isn't in the right space for some reason, all motivation gone out of the window.
Am trying to get my head and my butt into gear but god I feel so tired today. My eyes are sore and gritty and I just lack the energy.
I am too tired to exercise (I am awake from 5am most days) by the time I had the opportinunity (normally around 9pm). This getting slimmer malarky is so ruddy difficult with young kidsI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks
