You're right SM. When I don't succeed at something first time I get despondant and de-motivated.
I must stick to what I can which is heave my body into bed for sleep ;)

  • Hi everyone, and welcome to the newbies!
Although I'm not trying to lose weight now that I'm pregnant again, I am trying to watch what I eat to try and prevent myself from piling on the weight like I did last time. I'm not doing well this week, I'm really suffering from MS and finding that I'm snacking (on choccie bars etc :o), I've got to step away from the sugar!!!!
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)

I stuffed my face with sweets last night because I was tired. Must prioritise a nap for myself rather than eating.

I only realised this morning that it was because I was tired and thinking about it, I hadn't drank enough either.

Oh yeah, tip to stop stealing biscuits, keep handcream near the biscuit tin, when you go for one, put hand cream on, you won't want a biscuit because it'll taste yuck! :rotfl:

The Wii Fit says I've lost another 2lbs, but I overdid it yesterday and woke up in horrible pain from my incision in the middle of the night so I'm taking it easy the next couple of days. Trouble is, there's a Nutrageous bar in the next room screaming for my attention and I'm finding it hard to resist.
