just wieghed myself on the wii, and i have lost 2lb in a week. yay. so pleased, as that included a bad bad bad weekend of junkfood and a drunken night out last weekend and no exercise either!!

  • Hello girls,

well I joined this group a while back (I'm number 25), but I've been rubbish at posting !!

I have however been working at my weight loss and have lost 8lbs to date (see signature). I'm doing it slowly, going to the gym twice a week, I do a step class and on the other day, I tend to run or cross train.

Its been difficult as I've been on maternity leave with my new son and my four year old son at home. Its difficult to diet with fishfingers and chocolate tempting you all the time. My four year old started school last week so I'm hoping dieting will become easier and I'm going to increase my exercise regime by going for long walks with the baby in the buggy!!

Hope everyone else is doing well, the winter months are coming and thats when its usually the hardest (easier to stay in and eat comfort food than face the cold!!)

  • Hi SM - Yep, I'm lurking again (I feel such a stalker)
It's going ok - feeling fairly yucky at the moment, and not doing brilliantly on the eating. I've put on 5 pounds and I'm only just over 10 weeks!!!!! Yikes!
Sounds like you're doing really well - keep up the good work.
Nice to see so many people joining the thread too!
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)

  • More self sabotage from me :o Baked some millies style cookies this morning and am trying not to eat them all. See baking gives me pleasure (as does eating the end product ;)) but why can't I take or leave the sweet stuff grrrrrr.
Still can't give up (although am only about 3lb heavier than when I conceived baby number two but I want to get to complete pre-pre-pregnancy weight :o
