I'm happy to say i had a much better nights sleep last night. Usually i wake up 3 hours into my sleep in pain because the paracetamol has warn off, but last night i just slept right through. I did wake at 7am in a little bit of pain, so i just took 2 more paracetamols and went back to sleep.
Just remembered a few more things i need to do today:
* Phone Butlins bingo and try and register my new debit card. They wouldn't let me do it online, so need to speak to someone. I have £16 saved up so far, want to really try and make it to £20 and withdraw. I love free money :j
* Another thing is ring Vernons and do exactly the same as above. I won £15 from there last weekend and the card details are my old ones again, so need to get that changed.
Other than that and maybe doing the 3 TNS surveys which have been sitting in my inbox a while, i plan to have a relaxing day!The very best things in life ... are free!

Oh and some more good news i forgot to mention, i was speaking to my sister last night and she said she was able to give me my £500 back next week, as well as the £45 for my dads b-day pressie which be bought together, but i paid for at the time.
This will come in real handy when i go to the dentists, i know they're not cheap. Luckily i have HSA insurance, so i should see some of that back, not all wasted. The very best things in life ... are free!

I have been busy this morning, i have so far:
Registered with a dentist and booked an New Patient Examination and Consultation costing £89. Unfortunately no NHS dentists accepting patients near me, so after speaking with a few places i have registered as a private patient. I know its going to cost more money, but because i have dental insurance, i can claim most if not all back. So why not go private and get better treatment i thought. Also, the place i have registered at is a big new dental practice which is also a dental implant clinic, so will come in handy when i get my implant. I'd rather get all my dental work done from one place.
Upgraded my HSA dental policy so i am on the higher one to cover the above.
Contacted Butlins Bingo, and god what a palaver. Because i had £15.75 in my account i couldn't add a new card. My account balance needed to be under £10. So i played a bit of the money, knowing if i win it meant nothing as i'd have to continue playing to get under £10. Shockingly i kept winning, was up to £25. I finally lost it al and called again and they were able to change my card.
I also contacted Vernons to change my card on that account too. They were able to do it straight away but i had to deposit £5. I have no though just withdrawn £16, the £11 i won from free money and my own £5 back, so thats all done.
Off now to get those surveys done! The very best things in life ... are free!

When you send the old mobile off to evironphone do you just pop it in the bag they send you and then post it. Or do you get it sent recorded?? My OH needs to send one off ive told him to pay the extra to record it as im fed up of people claiming they didnt receive things i sent.

Back to work for me today, luckily i don't have to be in till lunch time! I had a better nights sleep last night, i went to bed at a sensible hour and woke up at 8am.
I won £5 on free scratchies this morning on Butlins :j that will make up for the £5 i had to waste yesterday.
Hopefully if my face continues to get better, i will be able to do the bootsale on Sunday. I have been meaning to do it for weeks so was gutted last weekend when i had to give it a miss. The weather is going to be really good on Sunday, so fingers crossed! I will put any money i make towards the dentist examination fee.
Best start to get ready now, it will probably take me a couple of hours!

Well done on the phone. I sent mine recorded delivery, didn't want to take any chances, didn't cost much anyway.
Hope everything goes well at the dentists, they are so expsensive but good if you can claim some back.
Sound slike you are having a great time with the fiver on the scratchies too, hope everything keeps going well0 -
Thanks Wendz! I hope things keep going well too.
I have decided i am going to use some of the money i get back from my sister to treat my OH. He has been studying like mad the last couple of months for his exam in September, so i want to take him away to London for the weekend after he's done his exam. He was quite stressed in Madrid worrying about the exam, and even took his books with him, but didn't get time to use them, so i thought it would be nice to do something nice for him when he will no longer have that stress. Unfortunately, because he only has to wait 2 weeks for the results, i want to do it before he gets them because otherwise he will be back studying and will be as stressed as he is now.
Don't worry guys, i am going to do this trip the DFW way
I plan to do this by:
Hotel
Using the points i have been saving up on the Walkers Brittrips. I have 54 points, and i plan to use 35 points for the 2for1 Crowne Plaza weekend. Just had a look and it will only cost me £100 for 2 nights for us both to stay in Crowne Plaza Docklands. I have chosen Docklands because we like it there, and because the West End is only a 15 min tube ride. Total = £89
Activities
We have both always wanted to do the London Ducktours. I have just a had a look on the website and its expensive, £20 each, but i think its totally worth spending the £40. Total = £40
IMAX - £12 each - Total - £24
Food
I have just seen tastelondon are doing a special offer on the tastelondon card, so i plan to take out the one month tree trial a get 50% off meals. Really don't want to spend loads on food like Madrid, its just such a waste of money. I know we need food to live, but to spend £100's is silly. I may try and find offers for the whole weekend. Total = £50 max http://www.tastelondon.co.uk/iwantafreemembership.php
Travel
My OH gets free travel, so it will just be travel for me. Total = £10
Total = £213
I think thats about it. I will just keep my eyes pealed for offers now.
