What a day! I woke up at 4.30 am with a really bad headache, and i've still got it now - going to work didn't help!
Think tonight i'm going to chill out on the sofa! May or a Dominos, or should i save £10 and put a frozen one in the oven lol. I'd prefer doms but must watch the pennies.

Its not been a very good couple of days! I had to go to A&E late Thursday night because my face on the right suddenly got very swollen and i was in total agony. Unfortunately they were unable to help because they thought it was a dental issue. So Friday morning my OH phoned the emergency dentist and i luckily got an appointment, but because my face was that badly swollen they were unable to do anything but give me antibiotics. Unfortunately they can't help with the pain, but will hopefully help the swelling go down. Its now been 24hours and my face is not looking any better, still looking very much like a freak and the pain is unbearable. I had to have yesterday off work, but they were fine about it, no way i could've gone in, i could just about see straight.
I'm feeling a little bit better today, the swelling hasn't gone down at all, but the paracetamol is really helping relieve the pain for a few hours. I was up until 4am last night before i eventually fell asleep.
I was really hoping to do the bootsale on Sunday, but there is no way we will be able to.
Today will be another day dying on the sofa (the pains that bad it feels like it), and my OH looking after me. He's been great. My shining star :A who i love lots of lots!!!

I've been taking the antibiotics for 48hrs now and not yet any improvement on the swelling, its getting worse not better. Its now spreading around my neck, which my OH and I are a little worried about. If it continues today i think we will be off to A&E again! Today is going to be a movies Sunday, my OH has revising to do, so i will be watching films all day again on the sofa! OH was fab again yesterday, he would make a brilliant nurse
he made me fresh smoothies, soup, and he's at Tesco at the mo getting me some more fruit for my smoothies as i can only drink liquid!
Just had a shower and feel a lil bit more human again! :j

Ouch Hayles, hope you feel better soon, I had an abscess once where my whole face swelled on one side - looked like I'd been punched, glad the OH is looking after you x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Thanks girls!
Penguin - mine is exactly the same by the sounds of it, by bro said it looks like i've been hit by a sledgehammer. My OH keeps calling me that guy from Bo Selecta lol, which was funny to begin with, but now i just think i look like a freak. The amount of weird looks i got today.
I unfortunately went into work today, i don't feel any better, my face is still looking awful, and i can just about talk, but last week i promised i'd cover a colleague and I'm not the type to let people down so went in, ill or not. I don't have to go in tomorrow so just going to rest on the sofa. I returned 4 library looks earlier as they were 5 days late, whoops, £1.80 fine which i thought was very reasonable. But whilst there i noticed they now do dvds, a bit like blockbusters, all the recent releases and box sets, and all for half the price of rip off blockbusters, so i rented out The Mistresses season for £2.50 for 7 days. I kept missing it when it was on BBC, so be nice to watch that tomorrow.
Spent £3 today on fresh soup - it was a must as no way i could anything else at the mo, and i also bought a Cranberry juice from M&S for £1. So including my spends in the library, fines and dvds, i spent £8.30 today. Okay prob wasn't the best day spending wise. I did only spend £10 at the weekend though. I felt bad my OH keep buying me stuff to make me feel better, i gave him £10 to get bits from tescos!
Maria - I hope you're feeling better chick?

As i am off tomorrow resting my poor face, i have set myself a few tasks to do whilst I'm on the sofa resting:
* Phone the dentist and register. I left my one a while ago and need to register at a new NHS one. Also, speak to them about my swollen face - well try and speak to them if they can understand me.
* Contact HSA and upgrade to the higher package, i only pay £7.80 a month at the mo for my dental insurance, now i know i need some work done i want to upgrade to the £21 a month package. Will deffo be worth it i think. Once all work has been done of course i will go back to the lower package, very MSE of me!
