Dang it. No loss last night. A gain of 1.5lbs! Not sure what caused it as i've stuck to diet, so will put it down to the weight loss gremlins and will make an effort to get rid of it this week through the speedy free foods and filling in the online food diary! It's a bit of a shame as now i'm 2.5lbs away from my first stone....grrr.
Also last night during the aerobics bit of the class our instructor decided to concentrate on toning and i couldn't join in because my arms still really hurt after over doing aqua aerobics on monday!
I think i may just write this week off!0 -
Yes .....................but that's half the fun of going there in the first place! Kids get the theme parks, adults go shopping.
Pack as little as possible and shop till you drop. Not the best place in the world if you are on a diet though. Good side is, you'll probably be the skinyist person there. Have a ball, then come back and diet.

If i was you i would pack a fleece/jumper because my sister said it was hot and sunny most of the time but some days had a really cold wind and they all had to go and buy jumpers because they were cold
have you been before or is this your first time?We are all in the gutter but some of us are looking at the stars........................0 -
I am on day 4 of the SW diet, am doing green days every day and I must say that I am feeling really full up!! I had fried tofu (in fry light) with black pepper and garlic, with a touch of quark and boiled rice for dinner last night and it was nice! are these all free??
Not sure about the plan for today yet but just dont feel as hungry as I usually do at 10am, i am sure this is just a novelty tho and the feeling will pass??Official DFW Nerd 2100 -

I'm hoping that as we are staying in a villa it won't be too bad - I can fill up on breakfast and hopefully bbq some evenings.
Everyone tells me to pack little as I will get it all cheaper out there - Is this really the best plan? I'm nervous about taking very little - normally when I go on hol I can't get case closed and OH can't lift it! :rotfl:0 -
Rachie - You must be doing it right - Our consultant says you should always feel full, the more you eat the more you lose - its a hard principle to get your head around - its all to do with the food optimising bit.
As far as I know your meal was all free - well done!0 -
Someone mentioned earlier in the week they had a curry from Asda which was free - can you advise which one it was?0

Morning all, I have been away all week on training/meetings so not had a chance to get weighed this week, perhaps it's just as well!;)
Hello and welcome to the new recruits and well done to all who have lost this week, commisserations to the rest, I know it gets hard after a while.
Thanks for all the recipes, I am not a veggie but I sometimes have green days to make a change and to speed up the loss.
Cheekymole are you a presenter for "wish you were here"? Booze cruise, Tenerife, canada and NZ ( and that's just what I know about).0 -
