forgive my ignorance but what is PCOS?
There are loads of recipes here

    http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/seablue/slimmingworldrecipes.pdf#search='slimming world recipe cottage cheese'

there's no need to eat salad every day, there's loads of other things to choose from

    Good Luck...

Here is the link Cheekmole was directing you to

Welcome Tinkerbell - good luck with the weight loss and for trying for the baby ;) Happy practising ;) There are a lot on here who are following SW - I usually stick to green days, I'm sure someone will be along to help soon...

Cheekymole - we were in Las Americas, had a great time. Yep, doing the whole mouse thing - the kids are sooo excited (so am I but don't tell them :rotfl: )

Thanks for the link - I'll be sure to have a good look through. PCOS is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome - and one of the main side effects is weight problems - I am on medication but it doesn't seem to help that much
You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same

    Hi Honey
My sister went to Florida they came back Sunday
    They had a fantastic time
They said it was hot but not as hot as last time they went(in july 2 years ago) but she said it was too hot for the kids
she said this is the best time to go
Anyway hope you have a fantastic time
I would love to go but having 4 kids it would cost a fortune but maybe if i won the lottery :rotfl:

Thanks loopylass. Really looking forward to it, its been booked for over a year so seemed like it was never happening!

I knew it was going to be hot, wasn't sure how hot though - that was one of the reasons I wanted to lose weight before hand. At least I will feel a bit more comfortable wearing shorts etc now having lost a bit of weight.

Oh yes, the sponge cake was yummy

3eggs mixed with 6 tbsps splenda (takes a long while to mix until thick and creamy)
fold in 3oz of SR Flour and 1/2tsp baking powder.
Bake at gas 4 for 15-20mins in an 8inch lined tin

    et voila.

The whole cake is 13.5 syns.

You can either eat it on it's own at 1 syn a piece if you cut it into 14 pieces or I cut it in half, sandwich together with low fat jam and cut into 6 pieces which is then about 2.5syns a slice. Worth every mouthful with my afternoon cuppa.

If you double the recipe to make two rounds to sandwich together, remember to double the syns

    Enjoy

    Hi Honey

If i was you i would pack a fleece/jumper because my sister said it was hot and sunny most of the time but some days had a really cold wind and they all had to go and buy jumpers because they were cold
have you been before or is this your first time?
