exactly abijanzo, you have to have the odd treat otherwise you'd crack up.
and well done on your weight lossI haven't got one!0 -
Thanks cheeky!
and congrats to you too! 18.5lb - is impressive! I've totally changed my reasoning behind losing the weight this time and knowing I need to be fit for my little girl is just about the only thing that can motivate me to exercise!
I still have 1 and a half to 2 stone to lose to reach my ideal, but I think I may end up being heavier than that if I keep up the exercise cos of my Fatima Whitbred legs LOL!
Good luck everyone :-)0 -
You have her legs too? She's got a lot to answer for...I haven't got one!0

Los Cristianos, we went to los gigantes a couple of years ago without DD and had a lovely time buit wanted to be near a normal coloured beach as she will be with us. This will hopefully be a very relaxing holiday as our Canada holiday in May will be quite hectic.
Are you doing Disney etc?I haven't got one!0 -
OK – I’ve decided today is the day I’m going to make a change for good :T
Basically I’m starting doing SW today (not going to the classes but following the plan) as I need to make a drastic change in my life. I have PCOS and SW red was the only diet I have ever lost weight on – all be it about 5 years plus ago! But me and my hubbie want to start a family and we’ve been told that because of my PCOS we’re going to need a little assistance
Anyway – been told I need to loose at least 4 stone – so here goes.
If anyone has any ideas for me for SW red I would be grateful as I can’t face just eating something with salad everyday!!!You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same0
