Ooooh, good luck Honey. Are the all over the pox now then? What's for tea? I was going to do SW chips but need something a bit quicker so we're having spagetti with a tomatoey sauce and cheese sprinkled on top.

Well I'd love SW chips again but my brood are getting fed up with them. I've disguised them as chips, wedges and chunks this week! :rotfl:

Tonight we are having new boiled potatoes (boring:rolleyes: ), fish, peas and babycorn.

    Spag sounds nicer tho ;)

All over the dread pox, I'm searching everyday for spots so keep your fingers crossed for me, Thats the last thing I need. Cabin fever would set in if i had to stay housebound!

It's been ages since I was on the SW diet, but I can remember eating those little pots of rowntrees ready made low sugar jellies. Not sure if they are sin free or just low in sins.
Out of desperation, I am now on the cabbage soup diet before starting back on SW. If anyone is interested, I have modified the diet slightly which makes it much more pleasant to do. This is my fourth day and I have lost 9 lbs. (probably just water) It is (I hope) going to be so luxurious to go onto SW after this and the soups are so nice that I am going to keep making them (they are sin free)
One other advantage is that I have lost my chocolate cravings. Fingers crossed I don't stray off the straight and narrow!

Hi Breynia, well done on your 9lbs but I really don't envy you doing the dreaded cabbage soup. How long do you stay on it for and how mych are you hoping to lose? (if that's not being too nosey!)

    Hi Raihana,

if you put up your menu for the day we could take a look at it double check your doing it right? Also are you drinking water and eating fruit n veg? You need to make sure you have both your Hex B's and at least 1 Hex A per day. How many syns are you having each day etc....? i'll have a look for you.

    Raihana,

Is it SW that you are following? Not that it makes any difference really.
A little exercise (i.e. more than your body is used to) is always good and also going by your signature, you've lost 3 lb?

you've lost 3lbs in 10 days, that's good, 1-2lb a week is a good healthy average so don't be disheartened. Also are you weighing at the same time of day as you always weigh heavier in the evenings - so if you weighed yourself 10 days ago in the morning before breakfast thenm do the same every week. Also if it's a time of the month week or coming up to, you will fluctuate in weight. There are many reasons
