I haven't got one!0 -
Oh gosh. I am SO TIRED. Today I ate... Porridge, banana, HM flapjack, 1/2 whole nut bar, a peanut kitkat, 2 slices HM banana and pecan cake, tuna sandwich, crisps, sweet and sour chicken and mushrooms for dinner...
But.. I climbed Mount Snowdon, up and down in 4 hours and kept up with loads of strapping fit men (although I did come close to death I am sure) so anyway, I couldn't care less about what I ate
I hope everyone else had a good day, I am off to bed in a minute I think!
PS Hi Sharl :wave:0 -
Oh reverie I was just about to shout at you for eating all that but you flippin' well deserve it - well done on completing your challenge. Back on track tomorrow?
Do you live in Wales then?I haven't got one!0 -
No, I live in Birmingham. That was just our first practice for the actual challenge. The actual challenge is to climb Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Snowdon in 24 hours
It is just dawning on me how amazingly difficult it is going to be
I really need to shift some more pounds! (When I am not doing the big practices)
Bet your dinner was yummy! Hope you really enjoyed it.0 -
Oh, apparently the actual challenge (all 3 mountains) uses 20,000 calories, that's one good thing I suppose0

Is there anybody out there trying weight watchers, I have been going for a few weeks and find it a struggle, especially cooking for me and the hubbie and 2 children, want to get to goal quick ( 1 1/2 stone to go ) keep trying to think of not having to pay £5 a week but if I have one bad day that puts me off for the whole week, is there any ww experts who have struggled to begin with, also any cheap ww recipes would be appreciated
