    Hi everyone

I joined SW three weeks ago, and have lost 5lbs so far. I found this chat forum this morning, and was amazed at what a wonderful inspiration you have all been to each other, and would really like to be a part of it. (I don't like the meeting part of SW - this is much nicer!!!):A

I shall try and read through as many of the old posts as possible.

    Hi guys

Been away for a while - major problems with this thing when they upgraded website. Couldn't log on. Major withdrawl symptoms.

Congrats to everyone with their continuing weight losses, and hello to everyone. :j

I have been very bad recently, and have had a seriuos think today. I have been trying to be really careful with money (trying to clear debts), so was trying to do the weight loss on my own with all your help.
Unfortunatley i have been cheating and then too scared to get back on the scales. I know that ultimately i am just lying to myself and not doing myself any favours. So i have decided that spending 4-5 a week is justified for the moment.

I have checked out the SW web-site to find a class, and am going to go this week. GULP!! I found going to class helped keep me focused as i knew i was paying/wasting money - and also someone would be weighing me. Hope it's ok to re-join this thread. Really need all the help i can get.

By the way - just tried logging onto SW site. It said trout is wrong. Has the password changed already? Many thanks.

    Good luck this week everyone.
    What's he building in there???
Debt at highest £30,450 (Dec 05)
    Debt at lowest £9, 113 (Jul 07)
How much did we over spend whilst on maternity leave

As a newie on this site, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it is against copyright to pass this on to board members.
As I understand it, SW had a board closed down for doing this in the past. It is meant to be one of the perks that members of SW classes get for their weekly fee.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Hi Consultant 31 - Welcome to the thread!
Are you a SW consultant? Maybe you could offer some useful tips/advice? Also, we have a recipe thread over on Old Style Board - you may find some new ones there, or maybe you could share some? What plan are you following -if not SW?

    Hello all,

Well after a not too bad weekend I am suprised that I stuck to it probably 90%. although I am feeling ill head feels like I have been smashed in head with an hammer, sore chest, bad cough and sore throat :( I lost only 2lb in the first week I don't know why cos I should have lost more with this been 1st week back on plan for a long time.

Well back to it today got to get off my bum and start some serious walking and swimming need to loose 3.5lb next week!

Hope you all get good losses this/next week.

Sharl - don't be too hard on yourself. 2lb is a great start. If you can keep that steady then it'll be off in no time.

Hi Daisykate - don't let your OH lead you astray! Keep him busy!
