I'm veggie too. Try asda curry pot vegetable balti masala 6.5 syns and boil your own rice. Quorn have a lot of new products on the market, bramley apple burgers, tandoori bites etc low syn, or free. SW quiche is great. Today I had a quorn turkey and cranberry sandwhich on nimble with mustard as part of my huge lunch. You can make a mean mac cheese with quark and an a choice. Syn free chips with everything is always good. Dalepack beanburgers are around 5 syns.Space for rent, apply within - Free trial on Thanks button though0

Cheekymole, how are you finding maintaining? This is where the struggle really starts for me, I am always either losing or gaining. Have you flattened out with just one extra B? Does it still go up and down? Are you on your target, or above/below it? Hope you don't mind me asking.Space for rent, apply within - Free trial on Thanks button though0

Fox,
I went on holiday for two weeks 4 days after declaring target! I put on 1.5 lbs whilst away and I think I might've lost 1lb of it when I weigh in tomorrow.
To be honest I haven't got back on track since getting home from hols but tomorrow is the start again for me (hopefully!)
I get a bit complacent when I'm happy with myself and that's my biggest mistake.
I don't mind you asking at all btw but will let you know how easy it is when I've been at target for a little longer.
Fingers crossed for the weigh in tomorrow!
Right, back to the footie...I haven't got one!0 -
Evening Folks
Well Done Fox and Lesley - welcome Lesley also.
Good to hear from you again CM
Right, I need help. I've been at SW for a good few months. Initally it went really well and I lost a stone in time for my holidays in April. Since being back I have hardly been to class - previously I missed none. I start each day/week off with "right Honey28, this day/week you are starting over again, be motiviated". I do ok at breakfast, make my packed lunch. Then I come home and all the days work goes pear shaped. I cant stop nibbling!!! I've started from scratch reading the book again and some of the articles from the magazines. That motivates me initially but soon wears off. I think from weighing myself at home that I have put on about 4-5 of the 16 that I lost, (although in my defence 3lb was due to holiday but has never come off). That pi$$es me off and I know that it should spur me on to try harder. I tried really hard all last week, was pretty good for about 90% of the time and I put on (per my scales) 1.5lb! That then demotivates me and off I go to the biscuit tin.
Guys - I need a kick up the backside and some motivation and help from you all!! Help!!!0 -
hi have had my weigh in tonight and have lost 1/2 lb which I am a bit peeved about. Really tried hard this week and stuck at green for the whole week which was great as I didn't feel like snacking, and I am not much of a meat eater anyway.
Never mind half of is better than nothing so start new week tomorrow. Am gonna follow the plan in the July SW magazine and have done the shop already although not very MS lol £93  but if it works great and I will worry about the shopping bills when weight loss is under control.
Hope everyone else had a good week.
