I want to lose another six pounds and have 8 weeks to go until my holiday - crossing fingers!

Having two toddlers makes it difficult at times, because I don't often want to eat when they do, but I end up pick at their leftovers regardless. Time is often a problem too - I might have a schedule I'd like to stick to, but my little girls certainly don't give two hoots what I want to do lol!

Frogling, I have two toddlers too so know how hard it is! I find the tiredness the worst thing rather than the pickingas they eat meat and I am vegetarian, I just can't be bothered to cook myself dinner tonight after I have cooked them their tea so will probably just 'grab something' in a while.... someone once told me a good idea where you could freeze up portions of meals to defrost for when you are tired and dont fancy doing the whole delia thing, I haven't got round to it yet but its a fab idea!!

Keep trying as every effort you make is worth it for the long run!!

Thanks Honey for the good advice, I know I need to get back on track and I am glad I have lost weight in the past couple of months or I think I would be more dispondent than I am currently, cos I KNOW i can do it - just gotta get back on track!!

Can anyone suggest where I can get a good pair of digital scales. I want to make sure that every time I get weighed it is accurare. I am becoming obsessive !!!(about weight loss not weighing, once a week is quite enough)

I think you can get them in Argos - have you tried Ebay though?

I bought Weight Watchers body fat monitor scales from Argos. The code is: 8321846. They are in the catalogue at £34.99 but when I bought them a few weeks ago they were reduced to £27.99. I think they are brilliant, and not only do they weigh accurately, but also calculate your BMI and body fat

All my family have been round to enter their vital statistics (hold data for up to 10 people), and it's fascinating! :D The only one who's 'normal' is my skinny daughter in law  and even then she wasn't satisfied!
 My glass is half full
