Dammit not again, I keep telling my Dad to stop flogging his cast off dresses on eBay, he just doesn't have the figure.

  • People who post their feedback in their listings, not sure if they realise that it's keyword spamming, but this seller keeps coming up in my regular pokemon searches. It's annoying and the feedback is only a click away- how thick do they think the buyers are? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BUFFY-THE-VAMPIRE-SLAYER-HERE-BE-MONSTERS-Teen-hor-NEW_W0QQitemZ270443512552QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Books_Fiction_GL?hash=item3ef7b082e8&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

I can't stand listings done in text talk (also test talk on forums  ) and people who put commers instead of spaces beteween words. Ohh and the content of the listing done in really large font

Found these on the T&Cs of a business seller selling PCs
    .
Please organise payment within 3 days from the end of the auction. If you do not pay or contact us within 3 days Ebay will automatically start the Unpaid Item Process.

    Never heard thant one before
If any member does not pay after winning an auction or the item was purchased in error - we reserve the right to charge a £10 cancellation fee as a contribution to our costs

How they going to collect those then?

    This I love

If you post negative feedback before we have responded to any problems raised it will invalidate your warranty

    Ahh no it wont!

Have just had an e mail from a seller I've bought from before always been pleased and had no issues

This e mail seems to be a standard-it says re despatch item etc and ends with any buyer leaving negative/neutral feedback without conntacting them first will be blocked from bidding
Any comments on this ? i must admit that responses to feedback can be a turnoff for me, as are postage charges and a long list of cop outs

If i'm living a neg or neutral for a seller I doubt I would buy from them again anyway. That sort of statement says more about the seller than anything. If i see that written in a listing (which it frequently is) I avoid the seller
