As a buyer what puts you off a listing?

Yes but you have to actually use a courier. Have alook at the ebay community boards quite a few people have fallen foul of this
Also a lot of the ebay staff dont seem to know the rules they have given this sort of advice and then people have fallen foul of the rules. There is a good reason that everyone is not doing what you are doing.
mmm - ok - I wonder where i stand if I have been misinformed by Ebay Staff? To be honest, I was not aware of the ebay community boards - thanks for letting me know about this.

Sellers who tell you they aren't responsible for items lost in the post - but will provide you with a postage receipt so you can make a claim against the post office!!
That really irritates me!
As I understand it, only the seller enters into a contract with the post office to deliver the goods. The buyer is not a party to this contract, so couldn't even enforce it if they wanted to.
I never buy from sellers who try to renage on their responsibilities like this.0 -
What gets on my goat is sellers stating on their listing that, p&p charges also include fuel to get to the post office!! That really riles me. I wont buy from them sellers. P&P to me is Packaging - jiffy bag/brown paper etc. And Postage - The amount it costs at the post office to send. Not the flippin fuel!!Laugh Often, Love Much, Live Well.0
