Saks offer-WHY HAVE MSE REMOVED THE OFFER DETAILS FROMTHE EMAIL??

Going back to saks on Tuesday for my free fringe trim So pleased with my cut, have had loads of compliments saying my hair looks lovely since I got it cut. Also thinking of using them for an upcoming wedding that I have where i'm being a bridesmaid

Also had bad experience at Guildford. No conditioner used, no offer of a drink, no product used. Stylist made no attempt at conversation and kept burning me with hairdryer and kept pulling my hair with the brush which would get tangled. And left with an uneven haircut!

If your'e planning on using the £10 off voucher for Saks beware of the stylist talking you into changes to your cut which they class as a "re-style" and will end up costing you £10 more. I booked a £38 WCB wanting my shoulder length bob trimmed up. Stylist suggested a few fine layers and a fringe, didn't mention it would be a re-style, so cut ended up costing £48! They are making sure they cover the £10 discount by conning the customer into extras. This was at the Port Solent franchise, who were always fully booked when I tried for the free cut promotion. Cut was nice so reluctantly paid but told them they have lost a customer because of their underhand manner and also as stylist was so rough, pulled and yanked my hair so much I came away with a headache.

Just wanted to catch up on this thread and let you know what had happened.

I emailed Trading Standards because I was a bit annoyed all apppointments went before the voucher even came out and they have followed it up with NoTW and Saks and they have now told me that Saks SHOULD have honoured the voucher and that they will honour the offer for me.

Thought others might want to know if they had also complained to TS.

Had my free cut stylist looked fed up throughout, I asked for it to be dried "bouncy" with lots of body, I couldn't believe it when she said "well I'm just going to dry it straight"!!!!!!!!! I was speechless
