Further to my email to the NoTW I recived £20 in vouchers this morning for Saks. I went yesterday for a pedicure and am going back for a massage after the school holidays ends so this will go towards that. Happy that NoTW and Saks were very good in getting some compensation for disappointment to me. Well done to both of them for resolving it for the people who got unlucky.

SAKS have just called to cancel my appointment because the one stylist who is doing the freebie offers is on long-term illness leave and probably won't be back before the offer finishes. They've refused any other stylists to do the freebie offer and won't rebook me for a free cut when the stylist does eventually come back because HO won't let them do freebies after the offer date! pft!

I had my hair done yesterday and to say i was dissapointed is the least!!
if i had to pay for this would they still have done the same thing ? doubt it they probably regretting doing the free offer now.!!

I also had a free hair cut in Guildford and was disappointed. It seemed like that the stylist (not sure if she was junior) didn't know how to cut my hair as she kept asking her colleagues. She even didn't know how to blow dry my fringe. I had highly expectation to my hair done in this saloon. After this bad experience, I don't think I will pay 35.00 pounds to get my hair done there.

Having washed and styled my hair today I'm not sure it's the best cut in the world!

Mine was cut today, I was put on their waiting list in case of cancellation.
The hairdresser was lovely and did a fantastic job taking about an hour.
1st professional haircut I have had for a good ten years. The salon was clean and the staff were very friendly. I felt like it was my birthday.
  • Not very money saving for me as i'm going to have to pay to get my disaster sorted. Stylist was a stylist only and had to ask advise. I didn't tell her but i'm a hairdresser and was shocked with the way she cut and blow dried. I look a complete tit one side has been cut SHORt the other side not so short, and in my husbands words the back looks like rats have chewed it. Not happy and will not be going back there, plus the salon wasn't that nice.
  • I went to Sheffield and was really pleased with my cut. Also got the £10 off voucher and would definitely consider going back again.
