My sister went for this offer today. It can only be booked on the day of the appointment not in advance. They fill up empty spaces with these. She had a nice haircut and came away with a goodie bag with some good discount offers for Frankie and bennys , hollywood bowl, a local photographer, and some other places, also she got a 9.95 voucher for next haircut and 2 to give recommend to friends for 9.95. plus other vouchers for the salon for discount off colours and future appointments.

Great deal, just wish I hadnt had mine done yesterday (
  • I got my haircut this week in Glasgow. Lovely style, just a shame that the unprofessional staff and scruffy / dirty salon put me off re-booking...

Well I must say this is the best freebie offer I have had in a long time. I had a facial at Saks in Heston, Hounslow and it was the best I have ever had. Felt so relaxed, peaceful and me for once, it was wonderful. The Manager gave me two £10 off £30 spend at Saks vouchers valid until end September, which I thought was very generous too.

Saks, please do an offer again like this, loved it.

I had my hair done yesterday and to say i was dissapointed is the least!!
i had appointment booked in guildford and went by train
the guy shampoed my hair Once and DIDNT use conditioner .
the stylist came blow dried and straightned them and didnt bother using anything , no spray/mousse/ gel/serum
just straightned them which were already very dry and damaged
in the end i said it to him i said they were not shampoed properly and should have been conditioned (which he agreed to#) and said will be having a word with the guy who washed them . then asked me didnt you get a head massage ?
i said are you joking...i came in with a bad hair day and going out worse!!
he offered me a 50% discount voucher and i told him to shove it
    Was very very dissapointed,
if i had to pay for this would they still have done the same thing ? doubt it they probably regretting doing the free offer now.!!

  • I got my hair cut last week in Worthing. The salon was great, I had a complete restyle (over 6 inches of hair cut off into a totally new look) and was lucky to get a senior stylist. She took her time and even passed her next appointment on to another stylist so she could get mine finished to the standard she wanted. It is a fabulous cut and I have spent this weeek getting more compliments on my hair than I ever had before. I also got the money off vouchers at the end of the cut which will come in very handy.

The only thing I am annoyed about is that I got so wrapped up in the new cut that I completely forgot to tip, only remembered the next day and felt awful. That said I have emailed the salon and said I will be in again soon and will make sure I leave her a good amount next time.

All in all a really wonderful freebie! Can't praise my Saks salon enough!
