Hi everyone. Not been on MSE long. I love this thread.

Well done on you finished article Bookadict. It's stunning!!!

I have a quite a few UFO's but although I have been cross stitching many years I usually on have the patience for small items, Cards and little pictures etc.

I've had a break for a while because I seem to get distracted easily, and try other stuff. I'm desperate to start stitching again after reading this thread (from the beginning- yesterday and today) :D

I'm off for a cuppa and then going to sort out my ufos! :T

  • Thank you everyone for your kind comments, I'm blushing.:D

I think I'll need to have some tissues handy on Christmas Morning.

Here's an update on the pesky fish:

I'm starting to like the design now and can see it coming to life. I'm mainly concentrating on the wholestich at the moment and then will go back and do the half stitch.

HAve lost my stitching mojo, was doing some xmas stuff, which look lovely until i put them in cards - think I need lessons on that aspect..... but can't post pictures at the moment, laptop only has half a screen, new laptop arriving soon.... how do i motivate myself - have the dreaded tablecoth still to do, a cushion cover and an xmas stocking to finish for xmas.... oh and some silk knickers to make too, please may i have more time in the day....

bookaddict, the train looks great better order a jumbo sized box of tissues ;) and the fishes are coming alive.

Dorastar, do you have any other devices with a usb cable, maybe a ipod or other mp3 player as they all use the same sort, just a thought.
