I honestly don't have a flipping clue :rotfl:

I suggested to hubby we take his tv down off the wall and utilise that space...but he was having none of it. :p

I think I will just swop it for an older picture I have up atm.

:rotfl:hmm tv gets in the way of everything!

I have just had a small payrise but it was backdated so I got a nice addition to my pay this month and I bought the following:

    Eight Immortals

    Chinese God of Wealth

    My dream house! and

    The picture version of this

The trouble is I'm desperate to get them all started, particularly the God of Wealth - I'd like to complete this and put it at the front door so that it will protect the money I don't have :rotfl:But I'm going to finish my gd's present and the fishes - maybe an incentive to get them finished as quickly as possible.

I should get my new camera cable by the end of the week so at last I'll be able to post some pictures.

That lot will keep you busy for a while.....a looooonnnggg while:D

this should bring you to the lion pic? hopefully. Its quite a challenge on black aida, and I've only got one head to go, but its hard to try and get back into, wish it was a design on plain white or cream which would be easier to get back into, but heigh ho, its my own fault. But this time im determined to finish the thing, get it framed and give it to hubby.

That's gorgeous leemina. I sympathise with you re the black aida. I have a half finished Taj Mahal on black aida and the reason is that it's so difficult to work on. I tried the white pillowcase on my lap while sewing, which did help, but it was still hard work to see the holes. I've heard that a laplight is effective though so maybe my children will take the hint and buy me one for Chirstmas.

Thanks for posting. Its stunning and will be gorgeous when finished and framed.
The Tiger & Cub I have bought is on black aida so will have to see how I get on with it, will be first (and hopefully not last...lol ) time I have used black aida but I am really looking forward to getting started on it.

Can't believe there are actually kits on black aida - that is scary, but you have done a fabulous job ( I wouldn't have the patience or the eyesight!)Spent a few hours on the flowers for mother in law but don't seem to be getting anywhere fast and still no sign of our camera lead!
