Just to update - I received a letter offering me £1250 from Nat West in full & final settlement 20/10/2006. As this is only 50% (seems to be the standard offer) of my claim I wrote saying I would not accept. Now just awaiting the full offer!!!DMP starts June 2012, £38,180.
Balance June 2015 £26,046 (paid off 32%)

I found it from an ad on ebay! there are people there selling the info in ebooks while there are sites like this that are free. Its really well laid out Im using it to start my claim.0 -
The above website was only registered on 24/10/06 so its very surprising that you would find it on Ebay.0

Yes it must be new cos there forum looks a bit empty. It was on ebay though not as an advertiser but as something for sale even though its not actually something for sale. Still any help is good !0

Hi all, i haven't posted much on here but have read lots with great interest. Anyway I am finally getting up the guts to take on the bank and try and reclaim the charges. I had never thought that it was worht the hassle before but I have just sat and gone through the statements for the last 4 and a half years (I knew my manic filing would come in useful sometime) and all of the charges add up to over £1300.
So here I go, new bank account opened and up and running, all payments and salaries transferred over0 -
It seems that you can actually claim back to 6 years! I just been reading about it.0
