Did you know that you can freeze egg yolks and egg whites?

With the yolks just add a little sugar or salt (depending on how you think you'll use them in the future ie sweet or savoury dishes) and mix in before freezing.Mark on the container how many are in it.

I've just made a meringue for a pavlova (my non traditional bday cake for tomorrow). Think I used 5 or 6 egg whites, meaning I have the yolks left over, with some white as one broke as I cracked the shell.
Other than custard what could I use the yolks for?
Preferably not too complicated, using too many ingredients or unhealthy! Sorry!
