  • Hi All,

I have literally checked the forum today as I havent received any information back from Magic Loans who I went through. I had another loan company ring me up and talk to me about what was going on in the industry which was really good. They were frank and honest and so went onto this forum to check things out.

I do feel that I was mislead and will be asking for a full refund. Thanks everyone for the help.

Don't touch Bentley Cooper for a loan. I was desperate for a loan and they agreed that they could give me a secured loan against one of my properties. They told me the name of the loan company, the monthly payments, interest rate etc. All I had to do was sign a form to say they could take £99.99 out of my account and then I would get the paperwork to sign. There never was a loan available and they then avoided talking to me for weeks. I am trying to get my money back through the financial ombudsman at present.

I too am looking around for a loan and would like to avoid high street banks as I don't have the best credit - though my ability to repay is fine. I can't believe through searching around just how many of them are dodgy.

But does anyone have any experience with jstfinancial.co.uk?

I just can't seem to find anything bad about them.

In amongst all this naming and shaming the bad guys, can anyone recommend any good companies?

Hi There I am currently waiting for a refund from bentley cooper, I have never known a company like it, I have even befrended the admin lady who admits that its the same 2 asian guys who ran the scam company TLG,,, and has admitted that it will be closed down soon, they take your money and then send you somewhere for the loan who raises the interest rate from 4 percent to 40... DONT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE
  • Has anyone heard of Heritage Finance or More Finance. We were offered a loan by them and now I am beginning to worry.
  • Has anyone had any dealings, good or bad, with Heritage Finance or More Finance. I think they are connected in some way.

If you are tempted by someone contacting you offering a great deal to the extent that you give out all your bank details to this stranger on the phone.... then this is simply the first of MANY MANY times you are going to be fleeced of your money.

Seriously... More Finance???:rotfl: Isn't it obvious???

The majority of these companies listed as not loan companies they are loan BROKERS!! These companies are there to take your money and do very little else.......Everyone needs to be asking the question are your a broker or a lender and doing some serious research on these compnies before giving out card details....don't set yourself up for a big fall.

These companies tell you what you want to hear in order to get you to part with your money..........
