Well done Pammy, you were quite down at the start of the month, what a great result :T

Have OP'd another £400 and put £100 in the xmas pot. :T

Have now took off another month :j so EMFD is now August 2021 and only 130 months left haha, doesnt seem like 10 years 10 months when you say it like that does it??

My total OPs this year now stands at an amazing £4376 I cannot believe that I have been able to have that amount of money extra. I could have saved for a decent car but am ok with driving around in my banger if it means being MF sooner rather than later.

well there is some thieving little thug that has nicked the faceplate off my stereo out of my car on saturday night. Just the front, what on earth can they do with just that. They cant use it and I cant use it now. Stupid!!! I will have to buy a new stereo now so £50-60 out of pocket. Have looked to see if I can find it as a sparepart but found nothing, not even on ebay. :(
It was my own fault as I didnt lock the car. The stereo is probably worth more than the car lol

Also realised its car tax month this month so I could cry :(

Have had £20 from scratchies this month already and am at £9.05 on VO so not all bad I suppose.

I wanted to treat myself this month and get a new recordable freeview box but doubt that is going to happen now boohoo

  • Oh Pammy, that is bad luck. If you can, just put it behind you and don't think about it - there's nothing you can do in any event. QB
  • Aw Pammy thats rubbish, it makes it even worse know ing they can't do anything with it. Such a pointless thing to steal.

Hope you manage to get a new one soon.

    Pammy,
Not to be alarmist, but DH was watching some telly programme and the latest car con is to have a device that jams your fob if you use central locking with a remote. You think you have locked your car, they have left it open to break into. Worth watching out for as apparently in some areas they were hitting the same people over and over and taking their sat navs and stuff like that.

Bad luck there. I rarely use my radio so it wouldn't bother me that much, but it is the sheer point of why isn't it.
