on the arrival time - i recall several people offered you lifts - surely one of them could get you there?

Its a bit early to ask people. I can probably get the train there, its coming out of the general I will need someone, they reckon I will be out by midday.
Easter would be hard for my mate to help as her dd will be off as well of course.

I will tell ex if he doesnt help me out then his parents will have to, I have a feeling that the kids are going to miss a couple of days of school I bet.

Pammy, bit of a crazy thought but is there a local exchange trading scheme thing near you (library should know). We have one and you do favours for people and earn points. Maybe someone on there could offer you a lift?

Another idea - what about the liftshare website - generally works for commuting but you might be able to get a one-off lift to the appt with a commuter?

I'd better go cool my brain now :rotfl:

blimey never even heard of anything like that. Are you involved in your exchange scheme?

My DD just lately is soooo hormonal, she is only 9! She jumps down my throat at everything I say as if its always having a go at her. Its honestly like totm! Tonight she started getting stomach cramps again. I am really really praying that she isnt going to start this blooming early, she would not be able to cope. I am hoping that its just her body trying to adjust at the moment. I dont know how I am going to cope when she does go through it as I am grinding my teeth now at these outbursts she is having. She keeps getting upset about silly little things. I am really trying hard not to bite back but I dont know if I have the staminar lol

Compare that with my DS2 sulking and stropping every now and then and I think I might go stir crazy!

Only cleaned downstairs windows today and I still keep seeing smudges all day grrr. I partly sorted out the front garden, it seems to attract all the rubbish blown in!

I have had a puzzling couple of days as well. My DS couldnt get his wiimote to work against some games and sonic colors was saying he had a game cube plugged in. I tried for ages, turning everything off, reloading it all and then gave up and went to walk out the room and it worked but when I sat back down it still didnt, walked out again and it worked. Eventually DS said its the family trainer mat controlling it doh, took that out and bingo, wiimote worked again. Me stressed? no course not.
Then DD had a popidol cd rom with mic that I got from charity shop, loaded it onto lappy but it wouldnt play, something to do with the soundcard or something, tried and tried but couldnt get it to work so she ended up on karaoke party site instead, at least the mic still worked.
Then this morning the kids went to get in the car and it opened when I hadnt unlocked it with my keys. I wondered why it hadnt locked, I was standing there trying to lock it with remote, then with the key in the door, then with the other spare key, nothing, couldnt lock it. walked the kids to school so left it and was worried all the way thinking the centrol locking was broken after a week. Got back home, thought I would start the car and then see if I could lock it and lo and behold it was because the blooming boot wasnt closed properly and I felt like a prize wally.
Everything seems to be getting at me lol

    sorry for the rant.

Must be tough Pammy having to deal with it all alone. My DS1 had two huge temper tantrums today, and i am always so happy when DH is in too to help as he is such a big boy and gets so frustrated. He was actually hitting me and standing in front of the buggy on the way home from school all because i wouldn't take the short cut through the ginnel.

Sounds like you need a night off again.

I have registered on liftshare, what a cool site. Shame no one does my hours going that way, what a good way to save money if you always work on time lol
Have requested a one way lift but at 7am not holding out for much hope :o
Train fare is only £3.10 but its walking 20 mins to train station at 6.30 in the morning I wouldnt look forward too. Could park my car nearby but then it would be left there for a few days as I wont be able to drive. :( unless mate can drive it back. what a palava eh

Wouldn't it amazing if you had a friend who lived near you that actually worked mornings at the hospital so could drop you off and take you home? *insert facepalm smiley at Pam here!*

Really???? Do you work those hours? That would be fantastic if you did on that day, would be perfect.
Would be eternally grateful if you could :D

Eternally grateful sounds just like 'rewards with Dairy Milk' to me :)

Let me know what day it is and I'll arrange to work that day. Not that working has bears any relation on me actually going to the hospital.
