Hey All.....hope everyone's having a "good" easter....I was soooooo bad yesterday......drank loads and stuffed my face so intend to go for a looooong walk today and be very good...hopefully.

ha ha! That is such a great smiley freebird! LOL!
And well done on that gret post to Queen B. about saving money on cutting back on choccy etc to pay towards swimming. YES I agree totally, we all want to reduce our debt but our health is NUMBER ONE priority. Definitely.
So Queen B....get down that pool! And please....don't worry about putting on that costume. It's really NOT an issue. I haven't seen you so I can't say yes or no you look big in it - but so what if you do? Really. I want you to write this down and look at it when you toy with the idea of going swimming or not:
Those people who may judge what I look like in a swimming costume should be doing something more constructive with their lives!
Good luck and we expect a report on how many lengths you've done very soonBank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Me neither, my diet has well and truly fallen by the way side, oopsy! but... tomorrow is a whole new week and I'm back on it, got to lose half a stone in 2 weeks for a wedding reception, something to aim for at last, then need to lose a further stone to be fit and healthy for when we start trying for babies in july, it seems everyone I know who's fallen pregnant have just been on a fitness and diet regime, so am hoping this will work for me.
so it just means that I'll have to stuff all my easter eggs in tonight to make way for healthy things as of tomorrow. :j
Hope everyone's having a lovely easter

I would like to join your thread too if I may? I joined Slimming world on Monday 6th March. Up to last Monday (10th) I had lost one and a half stone in 6 weeks (5 weigh ins). I have to go again tomorrow night at 6pm to be weighed next time and am hoping for at least another lb or 2. I have been very good and have had no chocolate at all.
I am a blo*dy big girl tho. I am currently a size 20, and still have another 4 and a half stone to go. But I will make it and I will be debt free....... one day!!"I will be debtfree":p0 -
Well done to Sunnydoo, especially with resisting the chocolate!
Hello and welcome to Lucifer, well done on your weight loss too, that is a really great start!0 -
Can I join the Fat-Free Wanabees please. I have decided that as well as being debt free I'd like to be fat free for the summer. I want to lose 21lbs by the school summer hols. I'm not huge but do carry a bit extra. I'm 5ft 9" and don't want to be skinny, just be able to tuck my t-shirt into my jeans and not worry about my !!!!!!!
Will read the whole thread to catch up and will weigh myself in the morning.
Do we have a weigh in day??

Hi Lewby......yep come on in! I don't think there is a weigh in day, people are just posting what they've lost as and when.
When I started it I was just after free ways (or cheap!) to get exercise and tone up/lose a bit of weight and it seems to have taken off! I think if we post what we've done exercise wise (or eats!) then we're giving each other support & inspiration.
I'm no expert but 21 lb by Summer seems a fair target by Summer if you exercise and follow a sensible diet.
I don't think anyone on here is an expert so seek proper advice if in any doubt. But please post your exercise & any other positive news to help us all along!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.
