Amosworks don't be so harsh on yourself, we all struggle with this problem, otherwise we wouldn't be here. Just accept it and move on, why make your self feel worse, deal with it in a more positive way, maybe more excercise. See it for what it was one slip of the wagon.

Although we are all on here to lose weight in the long run there are far more important things so what is one kitkat in the grand scheme of things?

Have to say i have suffered from eating disorders since my early teens, it has been a long hard battle that i deal with every day but what helps me is that i know that yes i may now be overweight but i can and am doing something about it. We are lucky, there are people all over the world with not enough to eat, without homes or safety, i began to put my problems into perspective and so when i have the odd slip up i remind myself how lucky i am, how far i have come and just start afresh the next day.

My eating disorders have left me with a really messed up body and many many health problems, making your self sick and beating yourself up over it is not the answer, it is not good for you physically or mentally. Believe me i know.

Remember we are all here to support each other and do this the right way, the healthy way and remember also we are all only human, we all make mistakes, it is what we learn from. :grouphug:

Personally I am worried about you when you say things like that.

amosworks we've seen the photos and we know you are far from fat & disgusting.

Making yourself sick is not a reasonable behaviour/response for anyone after two fingers of kit kat....let alone someone as normal & healhty weight looking that you seem to be.

We are here to support each other as DFW's who also want a bit of free or cheap exercise to shed some weight. But as far as I know though.....none of us are doctors or dieticians so there is only so much support we can give and the lines are getting a bit blurred here. None of us can encourage you that much!

Sorry to say it so bluntly but that's how I feel....

You shouldn't be so harsh on yourself. You are living proof that we will one day be debt free and you are still such an inspiration and role model to me! :)

Cut yourself some slack babe. You have spent the last 2 years working your b****cks off to be in the position you are now. Plus you looked pretty darn fine to me in your magazine article! ;)

Thanks SS. If I am a role model & inspiration then you are all in trouble. I am deeply unhappy. I might have money now but I have no friends to invite me out, for me to turn around to and say "sorry, I am saving and cant come out to play". My life is in limbo at the moment, and am a bit fed up & waiting for Aug. I am trying to snap out of it & enjoy my last few months here - and thanks for the compliment but really, I DO need to lose weight!! Paying off debt was sOOooo much easier in comparison. ;0)

Thanks for your comments SS - they have cheered me up a little. Nice to know I have someone looking out for me.

    xx

Hey well at least you've only got 4 months to wait in limbo! I've got about another 3 and a half years! :rotfl:

Being in debt sucks and it holds your whole life back! I need to get back out and start 'playing the field' but can't see the point while I owe so much money!

My life consists of working, sleeping and looking at debt lists and internet banking! :o

I am so jealous that you are going to Oz. Just remember us pale peeps while your all tanned up and care-free! ;)

If you ever need to chat you know where I am! :D

(((huggles))) for those that need it. In a way it makes me feel better knowing that I am not the only one the errs towards useless when it comes to losing :D

We can all get through this though.

Sorry hun. Should think before I type ;0)- I suppose I was in debt for so long, whats another 4 months!! My life def was on hold when I was in debt, but it doesnt have to be like that.

Know what you mean about not seeing the point whilst you owe so much money (I was the same!!) - but I am sure the girl of your dreams would understand & you could do things that were free together (ooer missus!!).

I hope that me going on about Oz isnt making everyone too jealous - I dont mean too. It just doesnt feel real at times.!

I shall def stay in contact with you all though & will have my mini dance on the beach when one by one you guys become debt free!! It will happen, and the time will fly by. You are all doing so well - even though you are a pain in the bum at times SS ;0)

    Thanks hun xx
