Moi!? I never thought so really, just think I try and keep down to earth and find the positive side to things. If you don't laugh, you might as well cry.

Sorry folks - I'm on a roll this morning!

    Tuna and bean salad

Can of beans (flageolet, black-eyed, haricot, but probably not baked!)
    Can of tuna
    Olive oil
    Lemon juice
    Parsley
    Salt and pepper

Drain the beans and tuna. Combine.
Dress with olive oil, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle parsley over the top.

Serve on a bed of rocket (I'm rocket mad, me) or other lettuce.

    Yum, yum, yum... :D

Aaah-i get it now,i put my weight loss in my sig !

Can't afford W Watchers or anything like that so i'm doing it myself

Has anyone tried using https://www.fitday.com (i have no affiliations with this site)

It's too American to use properly but you can put in your current weight & goals & it tells you if you're on track & shows it on a chart-i've found it very useful
